How long will my MoonPies stay fresh?
Our MoonPies are baked fresh and have a shelf life of approximately 4 to 6 months. Each package is clearly marked with a 'Best By' date to ensure you enjoy the peak marshmallow and graham cracker experience.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our delicious snacks across the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring MoonPies to fans worldwide in the near future.
Are MoonPies nut-free?
While our standard MoonPies do not contain nuts, they are manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing peanuts and tree nuts. Please check the specific allergen statement on your packaging.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes! Once your order leaves our general store, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your treats every step of the way to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are there any tips for eating a MoonPie?
Many of our fans swear by the '15-second microwave trick'—heating your MoonPie for about 10-15 seconds makes the marshmallow extra gooey. Just remember to remove it from the foil wrapper first!
